What is TinCoach®?
TinCoach® has particular significance in today’s economic climate where unemployment figures are around 28%, at 2.5 million and with approximately 500,000 job vacancies currently available in the UK (National Statistics Office February 2010)
Once engaged, TinCoach® operates 3 discrete elements, profile, call and coach.
Profile:
The jobseeker first completes an on line personality ‘type’ profile based on the Enneagram.

Call:
TinCoach® then manages a 45 minute customised telephone interview with the jobseeker. The interview includes a combination of job role related and scenario based questions designed to test the ‘type’.

Coach:
Finally, TinCoach® manages a 20 minute feedback and coaching session based on the jobseeker’s responses.
